Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Super Maps, operated by 200 Studio LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service and your account

Super Maps lets you create and manage maps through connected AI tools and share them through the website. The service is operated by 200 Studio LLC, 4851 W Hillsboro Blvd, Ste A3, Coconut Creek, FL 33073, US. Contact us at hello@supermaps.ai.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information. If you use the service for an organization, you must have authority to act on its behalf. You are responsible for your account and the clients you authorize; tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

AI tools and authorization

When you authorize an AI client, it can use the available tools on your behalf to read, create, and change your map data. This can include changing visibility and deleting content. Access is not limited to one map unless the authorization explicitly says so.

Review your client’s permissions and instructions carefully. We cannot guarantee that a client will ask for confirmation before each action. You remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated content and the changes you request. You can disconnect the client using its connector settings; existing maps and previously transferred data are not automatically deleted.

Your content

You retain your ownership rights in content you provide. You grant us permission to store, process, transform, and display that content as needed to operate the service and carry out your sharing settings and authorized requests. This permission does not transfer ownership to us.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions to upload or share content, including personal information, photos, and third-party material. Do not submit content that infringes others’ rights. Contact us with enough detail to investigate if you believe content on the service violates your rights.

Sharing, access, and deletion

New maps are public by default. Disabling search indexing does not make a map private. Select an appropriate access setting before sharing sensitive information, and only give protected-map passwords to intended viewers.

You can delete your maps through the dashboard. A deleted map becomes unavailable through the service and its associated data is cleaned up in the background. Deletion cannot recall copies already held by others. Contact support to request account deletion; further information is in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, or disclosure of personal information without appropriate rights. Do not upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls, or interfere with the service or other users.

Do not use automated requests in a way that materially disrupts the service. We may apply technical limits to protect availability and investigate abuse. These safeguards are not a promise of unlimited capacity.

Map and AI accuracy

AI-generated information, geocoding, map tiles, and user content may be incomplete or incorrect. Check important details such as addresses, opening hours, accessibility, and travel conditions before relying on them. Ordered stops on a map are not a guarantee of a safe or optimized route.

The service is not designed for emergency response or other safety-critical navigation. Use appropriate authoritative information and your own judgment for those purposes.

Beta and pricing

We do not charge for maps created during the beta. After the beta, we intend to offer a free plan for smaller projects and optional paid plans with additional map capacity and higher usage limits. Moving out of beta will not, by itself, make your existing maps unavailable.

We will communicate post-beta pricing, limits, and applicable conditions before they take effect. You will only be charged if you expressly choose a paid plan. Using the beta or accepting these terms does not authorize a future charge.

Third-party services

AI clients, sign-in providers, map data, and other integrations are operated by third parties. Their availability, permissions, fees, and terms may differ from ours. You are responsible for complying with the terms of services you choose to connect. We do not control their independent handling of your information.

Availability and termination

We work to keep the service available, but maintenance, failures, and changes can interrupt it. No specific uptime commitment is made by these terms. We may restrict access to address abuse, security threats, legal requirements, or material violations of these terms, with notice when appropriate and legally permitted.

You may stop using the service at any time. We will provide notice of material service changes or discontinuation when required by law. Termination does not remove rights or obligations that should continue by their nature, including applicable content rights and legal claims.

Questions and disputes

If a problem arises, contact hello@supermaps.ai so we can try to resolve it. Your applicable legal rights, including access to competent courts and consumer authorities, are preserved. These terms do not require private arbitration or waive collective legal rights.

Updates to these terms

We may revise these terms as the service evolves. The revision date appears above. We will give notice of material changes when required by law and seek agreement where necessary. Changes do not retroactively remove rights you have already acquired.
